Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and payment processor. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. XcelsAI does not store your payment information.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods.
