Go to xcelsai.com, click "Install Free Add-in", and follow the sideload instructions for your version of Excel (Desktop or Web). No account required for the Free plan.

The Free plan includes Formula Assistant and Analyze & Clean — both free forever with up to 200 calls/month and a 50-row limit. Pro features (Smart Charts, One-Click Report, Forecasting) can each be tried 5 times before requiring an upgrade.

Pro ($9/month or $89/year) unlocks all 5 features with up to 500 rows, a monthly usage budget, and priority support. Billed securely via Paddle.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings inside the XcelAI add-in, or by emailing support@xcelsai.com. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.

Try refreshing the page or restarting Excel. Make sure you're using a supported version (Excel for Web, Excel 2016+, or Microsoft 365). If the issue persists, email us with your Excel version and a description of the problem.

Only the data you actively select and send to XcelAI is processed. We do not store your spreadsheet data. All AI processing happens via encrypted API calls and data is not used for model training.
